Vaccinating with a COVID-19 Vaccine: Experience of the Tertiary Allergology Center

Background: Allergic reactions after messenger RNA (mRNA)-based COVID-19 vaccines have been reported but detailed descriptions and further actions are not well characterized. Objective: To describe the symptoms of possible allergic mRNA vaccine outcomes vaccination. Methods: We descriptively analyzed data adult (≥18 years age) patients, who were sent for vaccination to our outpatient center Diagnostics Treatment Immune diseases. All patients vaccinated with Pfizer–BioNTech Comirnaty® vaccine.Results: From January 2021 July twenty-two in center. Six experienced a reaction first dose different centers. The majority them complained various types rashes dose, one case was consistent anaphylaxis. latter patient tested skin prick using test negative. Other sixteen from because past other medication or due concomitant mast cell disorder. without any immediate adverse reactions.Conclusions: None repeated cutaneous second dose. Patients previous anaphylaxis mastocytosis also safely vaccinated.
